Once you have seen a design that you wish to use, contact me to talk about your details and I will organize a quote foryou with no obligation. Once you are happy with everything, I will ask you for all your details, your design choice, wording, colours and so on. The more details you can supply me at the start, the better, so this process runs smoothly for you. When all details are clear, I may then require a £50 deposit to get the design ball rolling.  Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Once I have your deposit, I will start on your design and email you a 'First Look' as a PDF or JPG proof.  I can have a 'First Look' to you within seven days. You can then make me aware of any changes needed. Your first four PDF/JPG proofs are free. If you require more than these four electronic proofs because of further changes this will be an added cost of £10.00 per PDF/JPG that I send to you, payable in advance of the further proofs being sent.

When you are happy with your PDF/JPG proof, I then recommend you order a sample that I will post to you. Each sample that you order will be charged at £12.50 . I highly recommend this for checking colours etc.  £8.00 for each sample you have paid for will be refunded to you at the full order stage provided the order value is a minimum of £90.

After you have approved your sample (or electronic proof if you have decided against a printed sample) I will then send through a proofing agreement as well as the final invoice. This invoice will need to be paid before any materials can beordered and your design made up. The proofing agreement is a guideline for you to follow to ensure you have checked all aspects of your design. Although I perform quality checks at my end, it is your responsibility to check all your details arecorrect. I can not accept responsibility for any errors detected after approval of print.

Then, just sit back and wait with excitement for your beautiful wedding stationery to arrive! Expect this to be dispatched within twenty one working days after full payment of the invoice is received along with your approval of the print proofs.

I will require a more in depth consultation to discuss your custom design details which can be either via email or phone, or for those of you who are local to me an appointment can be made for a consultation in person at my home office.. Consultations are a free service with no obligation. During this consultation I will gather your information and ideas in order to get a good idea of your preferred design. There are a lot of decisions to be made, from materials to colours to styles to fonts and wording, so please allow at least an hour for the appointment. You may want to think about certain points of the design for a bit longer, and that is fine also.

From here, please follow the same instructions as for choosing a pre-existing design.

To achieve the prices listed anywhere on this website or in any printed material you may receive, the minimum order required is 40 invitations or other stationery, excluding seating plans or table numbers. I can certainly make less than 40 items, however you must be aware that the pricing will be different from that stated here.

It is always a good idea to order a few more invitations than you need and I would usually recommend between 5 and 10.  This will give you peace of mind if you make any errors or you have any unexpected extra guests. It is important to realise  that it will be considerably cheaper to add the extra’s on to your main order than it will be to order a very small number at later date.

If you would prefer your guest names printed on your invitations or place name cards instead of hand writing them yourself, there is an additional cost of £35.  I can also include envelope printing of names and addresses for £35, or you can save money and purchase my Full Printing Service which is £60.. You will need to provide a list of names/addresses either in a word or excel document or in an email..  Please note that names and addresses are not proofed as part of the invitation proof, so please check for errors thoroughly before sending me the list.

Your wedding stationery can be up to four different stages, which will mean four separate blocks of payment:

            Save the date cards

Wedding invitations, RSVP cards, information cards, maps, envelopes

On the Day Stationery – place name cards, table number cards, order of services, menus, seating plan.

            Thank you cards
